Souvigné is a French municipality with 902 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Deux-Sèvres in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine . It belongs to the Arrondissement of Niort and the Canton of Saint-Maixent-l'École (until 2015: Canton of Saint-Maixent-l'École-2 ). The inhabitants are called Soussinois (also: Souvignéens ).
