Fressines is about ten kilometers east of Niort am Lambon . Fressines is surrounded by the neighboring communities of La Crèche in the north, Sainte-Néomaye in the northeast, Aigonnay in the east, Mougon-Thorigné in the south and southeast and Vouillé in the west and southwest.
