Scillé is a French municipality with 355 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Deux-Sèvres in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine (before 2016: Poitou-Charentes ). The municipality is located in the Arrondissement of Niort and in the canton of Autize-Égray (until 2015: canton of Coulonges-sur-l'Autize ). The inhabitants are called Scilléens .

Scillé is about 30 kilometers west-southwest of Parthenay . Scillé is surrounded by the neighboring communities of L'Absie in the north, Vernoux-en-Gâtine in the east and north-east, La Chapelle-Thireuil in the south, Le Busseau in the west and south-west and Saint-Paul-en-Gâtine in the north-west.
