Architecture and history

The two-story half - timbered house was built in the Baroque era . It was rebuilt and plastered during the early 19th century. At the time, the plastering was intended to upgrade the wooden structure. It is a rare preserved example of a building plastered in this way for Stolberg. The coordination between the bottles on the window and door to the plaster is still understandable. In 2000 the front door was described as high quality.

In the local register of monuments , the house has been listed as a monument since August 30, 2000 under the registration number 094 30266 . The residential building is considered to be culturally, artistically and urbanistically significant.
