The house Niedergasse 67 is a listed residential building in Stolberg (Harz) in the municipality of Südharz in Saxony-Anhalt .

It is located in the middle part of Niedergasse, which here widens to a small square, on its eastern side in the old town of Stolberg. Immediately to the north is the also listed building at Niedergasse 65 .

Architecture and history

The two-storey half - timbered house was built in the Baroque era and represents a typical petty bourgeois house . The facings of the windows and the threshold are emphasized in a special way.

In the local monument register , the house has been listed as a monument since August 30, 2000 under registration number 094 30259 . The residential building is considered to be culturally, artistically, historically and urbanistically significant.
