Niederkreuzstetten
Niederkreuzstetten is a place in the market town of Kreuzstetten in the Mistelbach district in Lower Austria .
geography
Niederkreuzstetten is located on the northern edge of the Kreut valley on the Haßlauerbach.
In the cadastral community there is the small village of Neubau-Kreuzstetten, which was created around 1870 .
history
There is evidence of settlement in the Neolithic , Bronze Age and Latène Age . The place was mentioned in a document in 1125 and in 1664 as a market. In the first half of the 20th century, the market was a popular summer retreat .
Development
The Angerdorf has street village-like extensions to the west and south. The west-east facing Anger has an inconsistent eaves structure and flows in the east into the partly two-storey church square.
