Lower Saxony State Hospital (NLKH) refers to ten state hospitals in the State of Lower Saxony in the form of psychiatric clinics , eight of which have been privatized:

- Lower Saxony State Hospital Osnabrück (sold to Ameos Group)
- Lower Saxony State Hospital Königslutter (sold to Arbeiterwohlfahrt )
- Lower Saxony State Hospital Lüneburg (sold to Psychiatric Clinic Lüneburg gGmbH )
- Lower Saxony State Hospital Tiefenbrunn (sold to Asklepios Clinics Group)
- Lower Saxony State Hospital Wehnen (sold to Psychiatrieverbund Oldenburger Land gGmbH )
