It is night in Poland's capital, Warsaw. In one house, a father lies comfortably on the sofa, watches the sports show, and expects his son to be just like him. In another apartment, a wealthy mother is having dinner with her daughter who is not at all like her. At the same time, both the boy and the girl embark on a nocturnal journey of transformation, on which they discard their innate gender identity. The streets of Warsaw become a catwalk for freedom.

As an inspiration for her film, Szumowska said that leading actor Filip Rutkowski was her boyfriend: “He has a non-binary gender identity and expresses himself by wearing women's clothes. In Poland - a conservative, Catholic country - Filip is extremely brave. ”Filip Rutkowski's love for Miu Miu was the perfect starting point for her story when it comes to depicting fashion in pictures. The second leading role she occupied with the British actress Raffey Cassidy .

A first screening is planned for September 2020 at the Venice International Film Festival in the series Giornate degli Autori, the Venice Days.
