Niklas Bruhn

Niklas Bruhn (* 1991 in Hamburg ) is a German actor .

Life

Niklas Bruhn grew up in his hometown Hamburg. From 2011 to 2015 he studied acting at the University of Music and Theater in Hamburg . During his studies he worked in productions at the Deutsches Schauspielhaus . There he played the first performance of the wounded officer Menoikeus in Martin Crimp's play Everything else you know from the cinema , an adaptation of the Phoenicians of Euripides, in November 2013 and in further performances until 2015 .

From the 2015/16 season until the end of the 2017/18 season, Bruhn was a permanent member of the ensemble at Theater Osnabrück . There he played the first leading roles as the school principal in Der Revisor (2016) and the son Kostja Die Möwe (2016). In the 2017/18 season he performed there a. a. as Templar in Nathan the Wise , as Lieutenant Colonel Lauterbach in Terror and as Swiss Chas in Mother Courage and her children .

Bruhn made his cinema debut in 2017 in the leading role of the Hamburg music club operator Oskar Wrobel in Jakob Lass ' tragicomic literary film So Was von da , which premiered in July 2018 at the Munich Film Festival .

In the 10th season of the ZDF television series Die Bergretter (2018), he played one of the leading roles in the episode as a young man who is bribed by corrupt investors in the tourism industry.

Bruhn lives in Hamburg.
