Nikolay Bordyuzha ( Russian Николай Николаевич Бордюжа20th October 1949 in Oryol ) is a Russian politician and diplomat.

Bordyusha graduated from the Commander Higher Engineering College in Perm in 1972 . From 1972 to 1991 he completed military service in various functions both in the army and in the KGB . Then, until 1992, he was the first deputy head of personnel at the government communications service FAPSI . He was then deputy commander of the border troops of Russia until 1995 and deputy director of the border agency from 1995 to 1998.

In January 1998, Bordyusha became director of the border agency, in September then secretary of the National Security Council of Russia and in December also head of the presidential administration (both until March 1999). Then he was ambassador to Denmark until 2003 . Since April 28, 2003 he has been Secretary General of the Collective Security Treaty Organization .
