Nikolaus Hetfleisch

Nikolaus Hetfleisch (born July 11, 1919 in Güssing ; † August 12, 1979 in Eisenstadt ) was an Austrian politician ( ÖVP ) and notary. Hetfleisch was a member of the Burgenland Landtag from 1953 to 1960 . He was married and after his death was buried in Eisenberg an der Pinka .

Hetfleisch was born as the son of the chief magistrate Franz Hetfleisch from Güssing and first attended the elementary school in Güssing . He then moved to the Oberschützen secondary school and graduated from there in 1937. He then completed his military service as a one-year volunteer in 1397 and was taken over by the German Wehrmacht in 1938 . Between 1939 and 1945, Hetfleisch served in the military and was taken prisoner by the British.

After the Second World War studied Hetfleisch law at the Karl-Franzens-University of Graz and in 1948 graduated as Dr. jur. He then worked in notary offices in Güssing and Oberwart and opened his own notary office in Jennersdorf in 1960 . In 1971 he moved to Neusiedl am See as a notary .

Hetfleisch was a member of the Burgenland Landtag between June 11, 1953 and May 5, 1960. He was a member of the state parliament during the seventh and eighth legislative periods .
