Kolly comes from La Roche in the canton of Friborg . Her talent for the fast disciplines became apparent early on; in 2013 she was second in the Swiss U16 junior championship in the Super-G. As a 15-year-old she took part in FIS races from November 2014 . She achieved her first victory at this level in January 2016, followed a month later by her first appearances in the European Cup . In winter 2016/17 she achieved a top 10 placement in the European Cup, and she also became Swiss junior downhill champion. Kolly achieved his first European Cup podium on December 21, 2017 with 3rd place in the downhill in the Fassa Valley . After several top 10 placings during the 2018/19 European Cup season, she made her World Cup debut on January 27, 2019 in the downhill from Garmisch-Partenkirchen and scored her first World Cup points with 29th place. At the 2019 Junior World Championships in Val di Fassa, she won the silver medal in the downhill.
