No Blue Thing ( German about No blue thing ) is the fourth studio album by the American composer Ray Lynch . It was released on August 15, 1989 and, like the previous album, was distributed worldwideby Music West Records . Although the high sales of Deep Breakfast could not be reached again, the album was more successful at the chart level.
On September 9, 1989, it reached number 1 on the Billboard charts for best new age album and was named best instrument album of the year.
