Noah Clarke (born June 11, 1979 in La Verne , California ) is a former American ice hockey player who last played for the Belfast Giants in the Elite Ice Hockey League .
Career
Noah Clarke began his career as a hockey player with the Des Moines Buccaneers, for which he was active from 1997 to 1999 in the junior league United States Hockey League and with whom he won the Clark Cup in the 1998/99 season . The winger then attended Colorado College for four years and played for its ice hockey team in the National Collegiate Athletic Association . After he had already been selected in the ninth round of the NHL Entry Draft in 1999 as a total of 250th player by the Los Angeles Kings , he played from 2003 to 2007 for the Manchester Monarchs farm team in the American Hockey League . For the Kings he was only used sporadically in the National Hockey League during this period.
The 2007/08 season spent Clarke at the New Jersey Devils , for whom he scored a goal on his only commitment. He spent the rest of the season with their AHL farm team Lowell Devils . The following two seasons he started each with HC Ambrì-Piotta in the Swiss National League A and finished them with Lukko Rauma in the Finnish SM-liiga and HC Slavia Prague in the Czech extra league . For the 2010/11 season, the American received a contract with the Augsburg Panthers from the German Ice Hockey League . In August 2011 he moved to EHC Munich to replace the resigned Ryan Ready .
