Norbert Höveler
Norbert Höveler (* 1958 in Düsseldorf ) is a German cartoonist and comic artist .
Höveler studied visual communication at the Düsseldorf University of Applied Sciences . Since then he has lived as a freelance illustrator, draftsman and drawing teacher in his hometown. Among other things, he works for advertising in the food industry as well as for numerous newspapers and magazines. He also designs his own works.
