Norbert Trawöger (born June 2, 1971 in Wels ) is a playing, teaching, writing and creative musician and artistic director of the Bruckner Orchestra Linz .

Live and act

Trawöger was born as the son of the musician Helmut Trawöger in Wels and trained as a flautist in Vienna, Graz, Gothenburg and Amsterdam. Today he plays concerts on old and modern flute instruments, taught at the music school in Wels and is a guest lecturer in the music education course at the Bruckner University . Since 2013 he has been the salon director of the Kepler Salon in Linz. He is a member of the artists' association MAERZ and board member of the Galerie Forum in Wels.

From autumn 2017 Trawöger was the personal advisor to the chief conductor Markus Poschner and headed the dramaturgy and communication of the Bruckner Orchestra. Since March 2019 he has been artistic director of the Bruckner Orchestra Linz.
