Nossa Senhora do Rosário is a municipality ( freguesia ) in the Portuguese district of Lagoa , on the Azores island of São Miguel . 5396 inhabitants live in the municipality on an area of 7 km² (as of June 30, 2011).
It is one of the two municipalities of the county town of Lagoa, next to Santa Cruz .
