The Catholic parish church of Notre-Dame-de-l'Assomption in Argentré-du-Plessis , a French parish in the Ille-et-Vilaine department in the Brittany region , was built from 1775 to 1779 on the site of a previous building.

The church was built according to plans by the architect Joseph Brousseau. The hall building in the classicism style has a crypt under the north transept , which comes from the previous building. The mighty bell tower rises above the west entrance . The sacristy is attached to the flat-roofed choir .
