Nuclear Aggressor is an Italian thrash metal band from Gorizia that was founded in 2010.

history

The band was formed on March 15th, 2010 from the breakup of the group Violent Assault, with Fabio (electric guitar, vocals) and Cristiano "Cris" Bruschina (drums) as founding members. In June the line-up was supplemented by bassist and singer Elvis "Hellvis" Masut, whereupon the demo Voilent Thrashing Rage appeared. Performances followed, with the group performing together with Violator and Vulcano , among others . In the winter of 2010 the band went to the studio to record the EP Human Pulverizer . In the following year, more concerts, including Darkness, were held. In autumn 2011 six songs were recorded that appeared on the two Split Blasphemic Aggressor with Blasphemic Forces and Austrian Coastal Thrash with Gravelead. On October 22, 2012, the band went back to the studio to record their debut album Condemned to Rot . In the period up to the release, other concerts were played, including on January 26, 2013 in Hamburg with Minotaur . At the beginning of June Bruschina left the cast for personal reasons and was replaced by Luka Laurenti a week later. The album was released that same year on Punishment 18 Records , where u. a. also Inverno and Bleeding Gods are under contract. The second album Slow Dismemberment followed there in 2016 .

style

Marco's “The Jungle Guy” Garcia from metal-temple.com wrote in his review of Condemned to Rot that the musicians are talented, but they would do little more than copy the Thrash Metal of the 1980s. The group sounds like Kreator or other early German Thrash Metal bands. The vocals sound like a worse version of Mille Petrozza .
