The Nueva Rock ( Spanish Roca Nueva , in the United Kingdom Novel Rock , translated on both sides as New Rock ) is a cliff in the archipelago of the Adelaide and Biscoe Islands west of the Antarctic Peninsula . It is south of Cono Island and west of the Cox Reef off the southern end of Adelaide Island .
His name appears for the first time on an Argentine map from 1957. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names transferred the name there in 1964 in a partial translation into English.
