Nuh is a small town (Municipal Committee) in the Indian state of Haryana . The city was last enlarged in 2014.
Nuh is located 60 km south-southwest of the federal capital New Delhi at an altitude of 195 m . The city is the administrative seat of the Mewat district .
Nuh had 16,260 inhabitants at the 2011 census. 49% of the population are Hindus , 50% Muslim .
The national trunk road NH 248A runs through the city of Nuh and connects it with Sohna, 17 km to the north .
