Nukulaelae Conservation Area ( German  Nukulaelae Protected Area ) is a marine reserve in the Pacific state of Tuvalu . It is the smallest of three nature reserves in the country and covers about a fifth of the atoll.

The Nukulaelae Conservation Area is located in the north of Nukulaelae - atoll .

In 2012, 194 species of fish were registered in the waters. Up to 42 percent of the sea is covered with corals .
