Oğuzhan Yazıcı (born October 22, 1977 in Hattingen ) is a German lawyer and politician ( CDU ). He is the first member of the Bremen CDU's citizenship of Turkish origin.

biography

Family, education and work

Yazıcı went to school in Bremen . His siblings were born in the Hanseatic city. He is married and lives in the Findorff district of Bremen .

Yazıcı studied law at the Philipps University in Marburg , at the Adelaide Law School in Australia and at the Christian Albrechts University in Kiel . In 2005 he passed his first state examination and received his doctorate in 2010 in the subject of criminal law and criminology in Bremen with the grade summa cum laude on the subject of violent staging of masculinity by young people of Turkish origin .

From 2006 to 2008 he worked as a conflict mediator in the perpetrator-victim-compensation Bremen e. V. and led conflict training seminars for trainers of the State Sports Association of Bremen on the subject of "Violence on the football field". He took part in the one-year, extra-occupational training program of the DBH-Bildungswerk and qualified as a mediator in criminal matters. From 2009 to 2012 Yazıcı worked as a trainee lawyer at the Higher Regional Court of the Free Hanseatic City of Bremen , where he also worked on the training staff council.

politics

Yazıcı has been a member of the CDU Bremen since 2010 and ran as a lateral entrant in the election on May 22, 2011 for the Bremen citizenship and only narrowly missed the move. Since 2011 he has been a member of the Findorff CDU local association and deputy chairman of the district association in the west of Bremen. Since 2012 he has been the deputy district chairman of Bremen City and state chairman of the German-Turkish forum of the CDU Bremen.
Since 2015 he has been state chairman of the CDU Bremen's local political association and a member of the state board of the CDU Bremen .

By choosing Elisabeth Motschmann in the Bundestag he moved to the Bremen Parliament on October 18, 2013.
In the elections for the 19th Bremen citizenship on May 10, 2015 , Yazıcı ran for number 12 on the CDU state list and was re-elected. With 2444 direct votes, he significantly improved his personal result of 1317 votes from the last mayor elections in 2011.

He is the group's spokesman for legal policy. In the citizenry he is a member of the Deputation for Home Affairs, the Petitions Committee, the Judges' Election Committee and in the committee of representatives for the election of honorary judges of the VG / OVG.
Since 2014 he has been a member of the committee to combat and prevent poverty and social division.

  • Since 2015 he has been a representative of the Federal KPV in the Network Integration of the CDU in Germany.
