The Ochs Glacier is a glacier in the Ford Ranges in Marie Byrd Land in western Antarctica . It flows between Mount Iphigene and Mount Avers to Block Bay on the Saunders Coast .
Participants in the first Antarctic expedition (1928-1930) of the US polar explorer Richard Evelyn Byrd discovered him. Byrd named him after Adolph Ochs (1858-1935), owner of the New York Times and sponsor of the expedition.
