The Ohrtbrookgraben ( en: Orthbrooks Graben ) is a right tributary of the Pinnau and in the lower area forms the border between the two cities Uetersen and Tornesch .
course
Today, part of the Ohrtbrookgraben initially runs underground, starting at the Tornescher Bahnhof, and then on towards Uetersen and meets the main arm after the rain retention basin. This rises in the Heidgrabener Feldmark and then flows on towards Uetersen. From Hochfeldstrasse in Uetersen, it runs underground for around one kilometer through the urban area of Uetersen, while the Ohrtbrookgraben passes under Kreisstrasse 20 (Wittstocker Strasse). In the further course (above ground) it touches the border area of the city of Tornesch and then flows in Uetersen through the landscape protection area Wiesengrund . There the Basshornlaufgraben flows into the Ohrtbrookgraben. In the further course the Ohrtbrookgraben flows into the rainwater retention basin, which was redesigned in 2003, and another retention basin. Then its flow speed increases drastically and it crosses several meadows and fields and then flows under the district road 22 (Große Twiete) in the direction of Pinnau. It crosses the landscape protection area Former Pinnautal . The Ohrtbrookgraben flows out at Pinnau-km 11.9.
