Olaf Dufseth (born December 19, 1917 in Vang ; † September 22, 2009 in Rena ) was a Norwegian skier.

Career

Olaf Dufseth, who lived in Rena , won silver in the individual combination behind Simon Slåttvik at the Norwegian Nordic Ski Championships in 1947 . In the following year he took part in the 1948 Winter Olympics in St. Moritz in two different Nordic disciplines. In the Nordic Combined , Dufseth finished eighth in a Finnish double victory by Heikki Hasu and Martti Huhtala and was second best Norwegian after Eilert Dahl in sixth place. In cross-country skiing over 18 kilometers, the Norwegian came 18th. In the same year Dufseth won again bronze at the Norwegian Championships .
