Oleg Jessajan ( Armenian Օլեգ Եսայան ; born November 12, 1946 in Martuni ) is an Armenian politician and diplomat and the current Ambassador of Armenia to Russia after he presented his credentials to Dmitri Medvedev on February 5, 2010.

On January 6, 1992, he held the post of Prime Minister for the first time in the history of the new Nagorno-Karabakh Republic . His term of office lasted until August of the next year, when he was replaced by Robert Kocharyan . From December 2, 1997 to July 1, 2005 he was President of the National Assembly . From 2006 he was the ambassador of Armenia in Belarus .
