Oliver Fassnacht

Oliver Faßnacht (born April 28, 1968 in Munich ) is a German commentator and moderator . He mainly comments on the sports of soccer , tennis and ice hockey .

life and career

Oliver Faßnacht grew up in Munich . He is currently mostly commenting on the television station Eurosport and the streaming service Dazn. As a presenter, he is on the radio stations Amazon Prime Music , Sport1.FM and Radio Gong 96.3 Munich .

From 1988 to 1990 Faßnacht worked as a presenter for the radio station GONG Würzburg . After moving to the Charivari Munich broadcaster , for which he worked until 1991, Oliver Faßnacht worked for Radio Monte Carlo from 1991 to 1992 as a presenter and head of sports, before changing the broadcaster again in 1992 and for the following three years for Radio Energy moderated. Other stations as a presenter were Bayern 3 (1995–2000), SWR1 Baden-Württemberg (2000–2001), FAZ Business-Radio (2001–2002) and Rock Antenne (2002–2008). He has been a presenter for Radio Gong 96,3 Munich since 2012, for Sport1.FM since 2013 and for Amazon Prime Music since the 2017/2018 Bundesliga season .

From 1997 to 2012 Faßnacht worked as a commentator for the pay TV broadcaster Sky . He also commented from 1992 to 1997 for Eurosport . He resumed this activity in 2005.
