Oliver Podhorín (born July 6, 1992 in Michalovce ) is a Slovak football player .

Career

Podhorín began his career at MFK Zemplín Michalovce . In 2012 he moved up to the squad of the second-rate combat team. With this he was promoted to the Fortuna league in 2015 .

He made his debut in the top Slovak division in July 2015 when he was in the starting line-up against FK AS Trenčín on matchday one of the 2015/16 season . At the end of the season he had 17 appearances in the league.

In September 2016, he scored his first goal in the Slovak first division in a 3-2 win against TJ Spartak Myjava . In the 2016/17 season, he played ten games in the Fortuna league, in which he scored one goal.

For the 2017/18 season he switched to league rivals FK Senica . With Senica he was only able to fix relegation against MFK Skalica that season.

In July 2018 Podhorín moved to the Austrian second division club SC Wiener Neustadt . After the forced relegation of Wiener Neustadt, he returned to Slovakia for the 2019/20 season, where he joined the first division club FC Nitra .
