Olivia Olson
Olivia Olson (born May 21, 1992 in Los Angeles , California ) is an American actress and singer . She was best known for the role of Joanna in the movie Actually… Love from 2003, in which she sings the song All I Want for Christmas Is You .
Life
The Jamaican - Swedish-born Olivia Olson was born in Los Angeles and raised. She is the daughter of screenwriter Martin Olson .
She has appeared live in many TV shows as an actress and singer, including in Hollywood theaters such as the "Comedy Central Stage", the "HBO Theater" and "The Fake Gallery". She also appeared on the Tracy Morgan Show and was a guest star on the Ellen DeGeneres Show , where she sang with Ellen DeGeneres and actor Jack Black . On this show she played a science award winner and sang about being a "nerd".
In her early teens, she wrote songs for the Disney animation series Phineas and Ferb , which she recorded with producers Rick Nowles, Camara Kambon and Hollywood jazz legend Rob Mullins . She is also a frequent guest star on the series, loaning Vanessa, the daughter of the evil Dr. Doofenschmirtz , her voice. She also lends the character Marceline from the Adventure Time series speaking and singing voice. In 2017 she was seen again in the role of Joanna in the short film Red Nose Day Actually - the sequel to Actually ... Love .
