The men's trampoline at the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro was held on August 13, 2016 in the Arena Olímpica do Rio . 16 athletes competed.

The competition consisted of a qualifying round and the final. Each gymnast completed two exercises, a compulsory and a freestyle, the scores of which are added to the total number of points. The eight best gymnasts in the qualification competed in the final on the same day. Here an exercise was performed, which was rated according to difficulty, execution and flight phase.
