The Al Raya is a motor yacht and sails under the flag of the Cayman Islands . She was built in 2008 at the Lürssen shipyard as Dilbar and is one of the largest mega yachts in the world.

Lürssen built the ship as a Dilbar for the Russian oligarch Alischer Usmanow. Lürssen also built the Radiant as a sister ship. Because Usmanow had an even bigger and longer yacht built in 2015 and also named it Dilbar , the ship was renamed Ona and put up for sale. The ship was sold to an owner in the Arab region in 2018 and renamed Al Raya .

With its 110 meters, the ship ranks 31st on the list of the longest motor yachts . The hull of the 16 meter wide ship is made of steel, the superstructure is made of aluminum. The maximum speed is 21 knots (approx. 39 km / h). The ship sails under the flag of the Cayman Islands and has belonged to the Russian billionaire Alischer Burchanowitsch Usmanov since its delivery . Alisher Usmanov named the ship after his mother's first name.
