The masu salmon ( Oncorhynchus masou ) is a salmon fish from the genus of the Pacific salmon ( Oncorhynchus ). It is native to the northwestern Pacific and comes in two subspecies . The meat of the Masu salmon is valued and prepared in many ways.
Description and way of life
Masu salmon grow to be around 60 to 80 centimeters long and weigh around 10 kilograms. Reproduction
