The One Grant Park , and NEMA Chicago or for the address 1210 South Indiana called, is a skyscraper in Chicago , Illinois . In 2015 the project was presented to the public. The architect is Rafael Viñoly , who was also responsible for the design of 432 Park Avenue . Construction began in 2017. The building was completed in 2019, houses 800 apartments and has 536 parking spaces in the underground car park. With a height of 272 meters, One Grant Park is the tallest residential building in the city and also the tallest outside the Loop . It is currently the eighth tallest skyscraper in Chicago. It ranks 42nd in the national ranking .

In the immediate vicinity of the skyscraper is the One Museum Park skyscraper , which previously claimed the title of the tallest building outside the loop.
