The Opština Delčevo ( Macedonian Делчево ) is an Opština of North Macedonia . Its administrative headquarters are in the city of Delčevo . The Opština is also known under the name Carevo . Around 17,505 people live in it. Mirko Ivanov is the mayor.
geography
The Opština borders in the north on Makedonska Kamenica, in the west on Vinica, in the south on Berovo, in the southeast on Pehčevo and in the east on Bulgaria .
