Oscar Efraín Tamez Villareal (born September 4, 1973 in Allende , Nuevo León , Mexico ) is a Mexican clergyman and Roman Catholic auxiliary bishop in Monterrey .

Life

Oscar Efraín Tamez Villareal received the sacrament of ordination for the Archdiocese of Monterrey on August 15, 2003 .

On 31 October 2016 it appointed Pope Francis to the titular bishop of Madaurus and Auxiliary of Monterrey.
