The two-storey city villa in Baroque forms was built at the beginning of the 20th century. The facade is mainly structured vertically. Overall, the architecture is very high quality. Two main floors, a basement converted for residential purposes , and two mansard floors result in a five- storey building . In the street scene, however, the house only looks two and a half storeys high.
