Oskar Howald

Oskar Howald (born March 2, 1897 in Zurich , † October 17, 1972 in Brugg ) was a Swiss scientist .

Howald was private lecturer for agricultural policy from 1928 and full professor for agricultural management at ETH Zurich from 1936 to 1967 . From 1939 to 1949 he was director of the Swiss Farmers' Union .
