Joachim Weber also spelled Weber-Erb (* August 28, 1913 in Schwyz ; † February 27, 1999 there ; entitled to live in Arth and Schwyz) was a Swiss politician ( FDP ).

Family and work

The Catholic baptized Joachim Weber from the Schwyz community, son of the hotelier and cantonal council president Pius Weber and his wife Josephine born Gianella, received his commercial diploma at the Schwyz commercial school. He then completed language stays in French-speaking Switzerland , Italy and England . In 1948 he acquired the Immenfeld farm in Schwyz. Joachim Weber married Gertrud Erb in 1938. He died in February 1999 at the age of 85 in his home town of Schwyz.

Political career
