Friedrich-Wilhelm Neumann (General)
Friedrich-Wilhelm Neumann (born January 22, 1889 in Osterode in East Prussia , † January 26, 1975 in Bad Wiessee ) was a German officer , most recently lieutenant general in World War II .
Life
Neumann served as an officer in the First World War . After the end of the war, he switched to the police force. In the Wehrmacht, he led the 340th Infantry Division and the 712th Infantry Division as commander during World War II .
