Oskar Wagner (politician)

Oskar Wagner (born October 30, 1897 in Passau , † November 8, 1971 in Hauzenberg ) was a German businessman .

After attending elementary and secondary school in Passau, Wagner did an apprenticeship as a businessman in Deggendorf and then worked as a salesman and travel agent for a wholesale company in Salzburg . He later worked as an assistant at the Passau pension office and managed a forwarding company. From 1928 on he ran his own grocery and delicatessen in Hauzenberg. From 1952 to 1968 he was chairman of the supervisory board of the Edeka cooperative in Passau. From January 1958 to December 1963 he was a member of the Bavarian Senate .
