Osman Fırat (born August 12, 1984 in Malatya ) is a Turkish football player who has played for Tuzlaspor since 2017 .
Career
Club career
Osman Fırat started club football in Malatyaspor's youth . In spring 2002 he got a professional contract here, but continued to play for the reserve team. The 2003/04 season he played on loan at Beypazarı Şekerspor and was integrated into the team squad. By the end of the season, he completed seven league games for the professional team. In his second season he won a regular place and played here for another season. He then played for Antalyaspor and on loan from Siirtspor .
In 2006 he moved to Gaziantep Büyükşehir Belediyespor and was part of the regular formation for four seasons. It was not until the 2010/11 season that he lost his regular place and made 18 games as a substitute.
In the summer of 2011 he signed a one-year contract with his old club and second division club Çaykur Rizespor . After the contract expired, he left Rizespor and moved within the league to TKİ Tavşanlı Linyitspor . Already in the second half of the season he left this club and switched to league rivals Karşıyaka SK . In the summer he moved to city rivals and third division club Göztepe Izmir .
For the 2014/15 season he moved to the third division club Yeni Malatyaspor . With this club he reached the championship and thus promotion to the TFF 1st Lig on the 34th matchday of the 2014/15 season, the last matchday of the season . At the end of the 2016/17 season, he also managed the runner-up in the 1st Lig with this club and thus promoted to the Süper Lig . After this success he did not get a contract extension and moved to the Istanbul third division Tuzlaspor for the new season .
