Osman Köse (born June 13, 1988 in Hamm ) is a former German soccer player who last played in the 2010/11 season in a higher class for Hammer SpVg . His preferred position was that of left back.

Career

Köse began his career at FC Schalke 04 , where he was part of the second team's squad in the 2007/08 season. With the team he managed to qualify for the new Regionalliga West . For the 2008/09 season he moved to VV St. Truiden , with whom he played in the second Belgian league . With VV St. Truiden he made it into the Jupiler Pro League in his first season , but was awarded to second division KVK Tienen for the coming season . In summer 2010 he returned to his hometown and played for a year with Hammer SpVg in the Westphalia League . After that he played for the district division TuS Lohauserholz and for the Bergkamen district division TIU Rünthe . In the 2014/15 season, there was another season at Eintracht Werne before Köse ended his career.

Private

His younger brother Bahattin Köse is also a professional soccer player.
