Otfried Wlotzke

Otfried Wlotzke (born January 21, 1926 in Landsberg an der Warthe ; † May 28, 2018 ) was a German lawyer.

Career

Wlotzke received his doctorate in 1954 with the work The Favorability Principle in the Relationship of the Collective Agreement to the Individual Employment Contract and the Works Agreement in Göttingen.

Wlotzke was Ministerial Director in the Federal Ministry for Labor and Social Affairs and since 1984 honorary professor at the University of Bochum .

He was the editor of several standard works on labor law .
