Otluk (kurd. Cûmik ) is a village in the district of Kızıltepe in the Turkish province of Mardin . Otluk is located in southeastern Anatolia at 425 m above sea level, about 27 km southwest of Kızıltepe.

The original name of the village is Cumuk. This name is registered with the land registry.

In 1985 there were 214 people in Otluk. In 2009 the village had 289 inhabitants. The hamlet of Güvercin belongs to Otluk.
