Otmel 'Rossyp' ( English transcription from Russian Отмель Россыпь Otmel Rossyp , German ' soap bank' ) is a shallow shoal on the coast of the East Antarctic Enderbyland . On the eastern edge of the Thala Hills it lies immediately west of the Vechernyy Hill in Alaschejewbucht .
Russian scientists named them.
