The Ottenbütteler Mühlenbach is a left tributary of the Bekau in the Steinburg district .

The brook rises east of Hohenaspe , flows from there in a south-easterly direction to the municipality of Ottenbüttel , crosses Ottenbüttel in a westerly direction and finally flows into the Bekau at the municipality border with Oldendorf . Within Ottenbüttel, the stream passes under the L 127 and the A 23 . In the Westermühlen district of Ottenbüttel, he used to drive a water mill. 2010 was in the lower reaches Sohlabsturz by Sohlgleite replaced.
