Otto Karl Seifert
Otto Karl Seifert (born April 21, 1902 in St. Gallen ; † May 5, 1971 in Bern , citizen of Wartau ) was a Swiss diplomat .
Life
From 1946 to 1949 he was envoy to Hungary in the embassy in Budapest, which was reopened after the evacuation . Seifert was Switzerland's first envoy to Tel Aviv in the new state of Israel from 1951 to 1954 . In 1954 he was envoy to Jakarta . From 1956 to 1959 he was envoy and ambassador to Oslo . After all, from 1959 to 1967 he worked in Buenos Aires as ambassador to Argentina .
