Otto Raschdorff (born March 23, 1854 in Rheine ; † October 14, 1915 in Berlin ) was a German architect and university professor .

Raschdorff was a son and employee of Julius Carl Raschdorff , whom he only survived by a year. For example, they worked together on the Berlin Cathedral .

Otto Raschdorff taught as a lecturer since 1888 and as a professor at the Technical University of Charlottenburg since 1892 . In addition, since 1905 at the latest he had the title of senior government councilor .

Buildings and designs

In 1884 his competition design for the development of the Berlin Museum Island was awarded a 4th prize next to that of his father.

Otto Raschdorff designed the front of the great organ and the pulpit in the Berlin Cathedral. Otto Raschdorff was also involved in the interior design of the Anglican Church in Berlin.

He also designed the Bismarck Tower near Osterwieck , which he made available for free.
