Oumar Tatam Ly (born November 28, 1963 in Paris ) is a Malian politician .

Ly studied history and economics in France. He worked at the World Bank before moving to the West African Central Bank (UEMOA) in 1994 .

On September 5, 2013 he became Prime Minister of Mali; He was succeeded on April 9, 2014 by Moussa Mara .
